Accessibility
Accessibility is a product feature, not a statement.
So here is the statement anyway — and the switcher in the top corner of this page lets you test the claim rather than take our word for it.
This website
CITRIS Global Ltd is committed to making citrisglobal.com accessible, in accordance with the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018 and the Equality Act 2010.
This website aims to conform to WCAG 2.2 level AA — the standard published internationally as ISO/IEC 40500. In practice that means:
- Every page is fully operable by keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator that meets the non-text contrast requirement.
- A skip link is the first focusable element on every page.
- Text and interface colours meet or exceed the required contrast ratios in all three themes.
- Content is structured with real headings, lists and landmarks — not styled
divelements. - All decorative visuals, including the animated hero and the aurora field, are hidden from assistive technology and carry a text equivalent where they convey meaning.
- All motion respects
prefers-reduced-motion. With that setting on, animations do not play and informative visuals render in their resting state rather than frozen at frame one. - The page works without JavaScript. Interactive extras degrade rather than break, and nothing is hidden by a script that cannot be un-hidden.
- Text can be resized to 200% and reflows to 320 CSS pixels without loss of content or horizontal scrolling.
Three themes, all conformant
The switcher in the header offers light, dark and high contrast. These are the same three themes the Artec Neo product ships, using the same colour tokens. High contrast replaces elevation with solid borders and suppresses the decorative aurora entirely.
Your choice is remembered in your browser's local storage. If you have expressed a preference at operating-system level — reduced motion, increased contrast, or a light colour scheme — we honour it on first visit without you having to ask.
Known limitations
We would rather list these than have you find them.
- The ROI calculator uses range sliders. These are operable by keyboard (arrow keys, Home and End) and announce their values, but fine-grained adjustment on a touch screen can be awkward. If you would prefer to send us your figures and receive the model back, tell us and we will.
- The animated hero conveys its meaning through motion. A full text equivalent is provided for screen-reader users and the animation does not play at all under reduced-motion settings, but there is currently no play/pause control.
- Automated testing has been carried out. A full manual audit by an independent third party, and testing against the complete range of assistive technologies, has not yet been completed for this site. We will update this statement when it has.
The Artec Neo platform
Accessibility conformance in the product is treated as a shipped feature rather than a roadmap item:
- All three themes are held to WCAG 2.2 AA, with contrast enforced by an automated parity specification rather than by review.
- The design system forbids theme-varying colours from being declared in one place and inherited elsewhere, so a colour cannot silently fail in a theme nobody tested.
- White-label branding stays accessible. When a tenant supplies a brand colour, the platform derives a per-theme variant of it, so a customer's identity can never break legibility for their own users.
A conformance statement for the platform is available to prospective customers on request during procurement.

Technical detail
- Conformance target
- WCAG 2.2 level AA (ISO/IEC 40500).
- Conformance status
- Partially conformant — the site is built to the standard throughout, but independent third-party verification has not yet been completed. The limitations above are the ones we are aware of.
- Preparation
- This statement was prepared on 4 August 2026, based on the site as built. It is reviewed whenever the site changes materially.
